  1. I called today to make an appt to have a fill and i was informed the dr was no longer doing surgeries, fills and is closing the doors the 22nd. So, anyone know of a dr around the Conroe/Spring area I can get a fill????

    220 I just realized the BIG mess up I made, my weight on Jan 1 is 213, should have been 223. It was wishful thinking, I guess.

    With summer and vacations coming up...swimsuits?

    I just want my stomach held in place lol Everything else is fine...the stomach is the bad part...loose skin.
  6. I bought a compression shaper at JCPenney a couple months ago, but it is time for a new one. I guess I stretched it out or something. The one I have goes down to waste and now when I sit down, it comes up. Need to invest in a good one and was looking for recommendations. Thanks in advance.

  8. I have been walking mornings and evenings since 2 wks after surgery. I am loosing inches every where, but the stomach area is taking it's sweet time. Don't get me wrong, it is going down, but not as quick as legs, arms, face, etc. I need to add more than just walking. I was just curious if someone was the same as me and added something and started seeing a change in the stomach area.

    Forgot to check in, ugh, down 1 lb, at 230 lbs now.
  10. Right now I am craving low fat vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt so bad. The sugar free popsicles are not helping with the craving at all. I know I could eat a half of a cup and walk away, but then again, scared to even try it or bring it in the house. Need help or suggestions, please.

  13. I have been taking tuna kits to work since I was banded at the end of April, and well, I am tired of them! I am in a rut. Can you please give me some ideas that you bring for lunch or you run out to get during your lunch break. I need some fresh ideas. Thanks in advance.

    Summer Challenge-July!

    Still at 237...haven't walked in a week...under the weather and now not happy about my weight. Today is my second fill day. Hoping by Monday I will be better so I can get back to my walking.

    I use Map My Walk app...love it,has made me a daily walker so I can see if I can do better than the day before.
