    Pouch Reset

Hello Everyone My name Crystal ❤️ I was sleeve in July 2013 I am now 3 years out. Have lost a total of 95lbs but in the last year have gained 35lbs. I seemed to have had no restriction at least in my mind. I honestly recently after having tons of test including a upper GI scan tell me my pouch was fine. It had not stretched there was nothing wrong with it. So I have to face my self and reevaluate what I have been doing. After doing a real hard look at what I ate day to day and what has transpired in my Life the last year. I was able to recognize that I had stopped following the plan and slipped back into emotional unhealthy eating. I was no longer measuring, and was not exercising like I should. So in desperate sea have for help I started to search the net, I saw where there were many who have don't the pouch reset in which you go back too the big inning stages of you gastric journey Clear liquids purée food etc. I wS wondering if any of you have had a similar experience and also have you tried this sleeve reset if so what were your results ? 5. Hey Ladies just checking in hope you all are doing well. Thank you again for you advice! Since I've talked to you guys I've seen my doctor and my therapist and waiting to see my nutritionist. I'm been put on anxiety / depression medication which is helping me a lot . I'm able to focus more and work on solving my issues instead of trying to eat them away. I'm still working on the nutrition part of it but at least I've been able to cut out the snacking and junk. And have been walking at least 7000 steps a day. 6. I'm relearning this app again please forgive me for not replying to each of you individually! Thank you for all of your. Responses it really is encouraging make me feel in not alone. I am currently seeing a therapist but with the cost of co pays etc for doctors visit it's hard to go as often as I like there aren't many support groups in my area. I have recently spoken with my surgeon just asking for some support or direction. The program I am in only required me too see a nutritionist once so I don't have one I see on a regular basis. It is hard to start over but I'm going to push as hard as I can. Really needed support form those who understand. So glad I got an email today from bariatric pal made me remember and come back. Again thank you guys so much I really really appreciate it! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  7. Hello Everyone, I got sleeved July 2012 I started here posting and participating. I allowed the busyness of life too knock me off track visiting here. Since my sleeve I've had a lot of life events that have led me back too Whats familiar which is emotionally eating. I lost a dear friend too a stroke at the age of 32, I got married which was great, 2 months b4 the wedding my fiancé was laid off. (just too name a few ) I started before surgery at 302lb and got down too 232lb I'm am now 260lb. I'm constantly trying too get back on track seems my efforts keep falling off. Everyone around me doesn't seem to understand my struggle with food. There no one I can relate too when it comes to this battle I'm in my family looks at me like what's the big deal. My husband is super thin and can pretty much eat a bus and not gain and ounce. So I'm here now hoping too connect with others who truly understand this journey and get my self back on track. 8. Hello Sleevers , I am now 6 1/2 month out and seem to be on the longest stall ever or is it me? I've lost 58lbs my Doctor says thats ok but seems to be disappointed . Seems like slowly I've been introducing the wrong foods into my diet such as daily coffee, pastas etc. some of this not so desirable choices come from my super busy schedule and not being prepared . I still cannot eat large amounts but can eat more than I could when I first had surgery (of course). So now I'm at the point where I'm thinking I should try going back to phase one for a couple days or a week to kind if set my eating back on track. Wondering if anyone has and tips or had been through something similar?

Hello Everyone, Sleeved 7/16/13 SW 288 CW 240 Feeling amazing
  12. Hello all, I've been sleeve now almost 6 months and I must admit that my sleeve hasn't gave me much trouble at all. The scary part is it seems like I can eat almost anything I want with no problem and I've found myself lately nibbling on things i know I shouldn't. I also feel like I'm hungry all the time . I know the sleeve is a tool and I don't want to mess up. I see old habits creeping up and wanted to just see if anyone else was going through the same and how you turned it around ? I'm 47lbs down since July and I feel great don't want to go back ...
