For the past two years I have been making lifestyle changes in my diet, portion control, and I have been exercising on the treadmill and doing some weight exercises.

I am planning to get the Vertical Sleeve surgery done at Methodist Hospital in Hopkins, MN. My surgeon is Tom Jones. I have taken Diabetes classes, I have seen the physical therapist, I have been to all of my dietitian appointments, I had my CPAP/APAP machine info downloaded, and now I am waiting for Blue Cross/Blue Shield to approve me for this surgery.
