I use Unjury. They sell it at my drs office but I know you can order it online. I like it because they have an unflavored one. It really is unflavored. I can mix it with anything and never can taste it. Plus it's specifically for bariatric patients.

I've been doing tomato, cream of mushroom and cream of chicken. Just strain out the chunks. Low fat for all of them. Oh and I tried broccoli cheese to same thing strained out

I have the lap band right now and will be having a revision on Tuesday may 28. You definitely made the right decision in going for the sleeve. Had I known about it a year ago, I never would have got the lap band!

My surgery date is May 28! I'm getting so nervous for it. Had to have my doc prescribe me Xanax because of the anxiety. 4 more days till I can start my new life! -

I can't wait to NOT hate clothes shopping because nothing ever fits I can't wait to wear a cute bathing suit Nd not hang out everywhere I can't wait to NOT get out of breath walking up the stairs I can't wait to be able to wear shorts in the summertime instead of pants because I hate my legs I cant wait to be able to run when I work out! -

May 28th! -
I'm sure other people have had this problem. My dad was against the surgery thing before my lap band, so now, no matter what I say I can't get him to understand why I am doing this revision. I told him that there is no way he could ever fully understand because be has never been over weight. I don't know what else I can to to get him to see that this is what's best for me.
