I was banded April 9 2013 and have already lost 15lbs not including the 12lbs I lost pre op. I feel great had my first post op appt. April 26th and doctor said I was doing great with no fills. And said I can start incorporating solid into my diet witch I have and having no problem with the 1/2 cup servings. Staying full for about 3 to 4 hours. So glad I went with the band!!

Thank you all for the advice about not weighing myself everyday. . I was just so damn excited to be losing weight that I couldn't help it lol. .

I got banded April 9 I was down 22lbs from pre op and band and got on scale and I gained 3 lbs since yesterday don't understand how that is since I only had about 500 calories from protein shakes and 1sugar free pudding

Hi everyone this first time on here I was banned yesterday and yes I'm pretty sore and having some of that Soreness in my chest. IS THAT NORMAL.
