I am a patient of the Weight Loss Institute of Arizona and am very pleased with the services they have provided for me. This was a very big decision for me to have lap band and I did my homework researching them before starting my band process...and don't regret for a minute choosing the weight loss institute of Arizona by putting my life essentially in their hands... I am very confident in the doctors, nutritionist (Mike), staff and billing dept. They have always assisted me with my Weight loss questions, worries and any concerns I have had.
