Good morning!! My foot feels a bit better today. I have an eye exam today, so will go and hope it does okay. I kind of want to stay off of it another day, but time marches on................ Laura they gave me a boot, and I sleep in it, I think it helps keep it stable as I toss and turn?? Pamela, that is great!! I am not getting tired of it!! Loved your pics of the tree!! I don't know what the name of some of the movies were, I guess I didn't pay attention to that!! I saw two movies that had Jennifer Anniston in them, one with Josh Dumel and Kristen Bell, one gory one with the guy who played the bad guy on Ghost, it was scary and gruesome and I didn't like it, but kept watching it???? I think it was called "House at the end of the Road" or something like that. I saw others but don't remember what. I also watched some Lifetime movies. I hate that Haydee is having a hard time on here!! Judy Yea on the toilet not costing you a lot!!! Oh well, off to get some stuff done!!!

Hello! Went to Urgent Care yesterday and she said it was a bad sprain. She gave me a boot and vicodin, and told me to stay off of it for at least 2 weeks! I went into work (hair cutting) yesterday and couldn't stand it, so I canceled my last two appointments, and went. I was supposed to work at Sallys last night and today, but told Gail I couldn't come in. I am alternating ice and heat, taking my motrin like a good girl, but forgot how WEIRD the pain pills make you!! I am going to go back to work on Tuesday, just not overdoing it. The past few days I have had a free thanksgiving weekend of the movie channels thanks to my uverse, and dvr'd them, and I have about 15 movies or so taped. So I have been either on the couch or in bed watching tv. Sort of nice!! Michelle is Oldtown in Baltimore? That sounds so nice being with your son. Sorry to hear you are sick!! WAY TO GO PAMELA!!!!!!!!!!!! Makes me want to get that!! Laura why do I not get notified when someone posts like I used to? Also why do I not see any ads, not that I am complaining..............? Haydee how was your marathon Thanksgiving? Judy, luckily plumbers are cheap!! Actually it is a good thing you have some of your shopping done already!!! Alright, have a good day!!!

Judy, that is terrible about the accident and the car!! I am so glad no one was hurt!! That is a pain with the car, having to fix and be without is a pain!! Since it is the other guys fault maybe you can get a rental car! Glad you are up and moving Pamela!! Enjoy the movie! Are you going to Burlesque? I hurt my foot, and not real sure what I did to it, but the right side of my left foot is so sore I can't walk on it, I have to walk on the left side when my foot is on its side. It hurt yesterday, I tripped Wednesday, but didn't think it was bad.......... Hmmm to go to urgent care or not, that is the question. I have to work at Sallys toniight. I missed the text, was wondering about Pamela, called and left a message, but am sure Susanne is very overwhelmed with all the calls and then caring for Pamela. I didn't get notified of any new posts, I wonder if that will happen automatically like before? I think I was the only one on this board that used that feature though. If anyone hears anything on Pamela would you let me know, I work both jobs tomorrow so will be away from computer.

OH MY GOSH!!!! I AM AN IDIOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I pay my taxes quarterly since I am self employed, in Sept. I paid my federal and state, I already have them made out so I just grab them and mail them, well instead of my September federal and state I mailed my Sept and January federal, and they CASHED IT!!! That amount is huge!!! It is well over a thousand. I need to take better control of my finances and OPEN MY MAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!! ARGHHHH....................

Laura, that sounds really good! Maybe your mom can make doughnut pops as her signature item!! Alright back to bank business. I didn't get it all figured out yesterday, adn I think it will probably take a few days for me to get it all straightened out!! What is your board certification for? I thought all was done as far as your doctorate? Oh well, off I go................

OMG!!! I haven't been opening my bank statements, and just sort of glancing at them online. BIG MISTAKE!!!! I have spent the last hour on the phone with a lady at the bank, and I have to leave so that leaves me another day to finish the problem!! Oh my gosh the money......... Sometimes it just seems like I work my ass off for nothing. Oh, and I woke up with another headache! Yippee!! Judy, you are being very good about taking control of the problem, my hats off to you!!! Everyone else seems like they have things going great for them. Haydee I do kind of agree about the pink. Michelle, you are a great mom and with Evan-a happy birthday to him!!! Off to the yucky doc and then to work..........

Judy, I printed out that mindless munching. Thanks!!! My headache is back. I went off some medicine for my headaches, and I need something. I have an appointment in a couple weeks, Trying to get the right medicine for my headaches is tough!! Pamela, no second guessing or anything, you are so right and deserving for this. I am glad they added a solid meal for you. It is hard to do liquids!! Oh well, off for work, then tomorrow I am off cutting hair because I have a female Dr. appointment at 1:00, so I am just taking the day off from work #1 then go into Sallys at five. This is the Dr. that I used to have to wait for 3 hours. He is my oncologist gyn but I see no one else, he is a brilliant man, but ALWAYS running behind. Then they told me about his Nurse Practishoner (sp) and she is right on time!! If I ever have another problem, he is there, but hopefully never will I have to wait again!!! See how I am rambling, oh my gosh!! I just start writing and then don't stop!! Have a good one everyone!!!

Laura, I LOVE donuts, they are my downfall!! I could never work in a donut store because of the early hours!! Why oh why is weight such an issue? I feel the same way as everybody else, I too have gained weight, why I am not sure, (obviously eating to much I know that, but why?) I think about my weight all the time. It envelops my life. I can't stop thinking about it. Fretting about it. Worrying about it and basically obsessing about it!! I am not going on, I feel like I am just beating a dead horse, and hope it is not too late for me.

Haydee, you know I painted my bathroom a color and wasn't totally happy with it, so I went to the store and bought some white paint, glaze and mixed that with some water, then sponged it on over the color and it really helped. Doesn't look sponged and it was fast. I diluted the paint enough that it just sort of mellowed the paint out a bit. But I am sure you could add a bit of whatever color pigment you think you need.

Here I am, I had a crazy busy weekend with work, add on top of that I couldn't sleep Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, had a really bad headache, so never logged on to computer. It was a weird weekend, glad it is over. Slept late and well last night and this morning!! I am sorry to hear of all the deaths at your church Judy. We have had a BUNCH at our church this past week. Nobody that I was close with like you Judy. I just need to send out one sympathy card. Pamela, I didn't have to do a liquid before my surgery. Just had to lose a bit of weight. No colon cleanse either!?! That does not sound fun. Is it like a prep for a colonoscopy? Sounds like Michelle you are in for a fun week!!! How is your and Evans leg? Haydee and Laura, hello!! Good morning!! I had a hard time falling asleep last night, don't know why, but oh my gosh, once I did, I never woke up!! Nice!!! Pamela, I was at work last night when you sent that picture, did you enjoy it???? Funny how sandwiches now become doable! I have a just a small amount and can eat almost anything!

Pamela, is your school off for Veterans Day? I think we just get no mail or banking service!! Pamela, I read something in People that really surprised me, did you know the twin guys in the movie "Social Network" who I thought didn't really look that much alike, I figured they weren't identical (wrong!) were played by one person? That really surprised me!! Did you know? Okay both jobs today, tomorrow and Saturday and then Sallys on Sunday. At least I had one Sunday off..... I will have next Sunday off because that is "South Pacific" that is really one of my favorites. Judy I hope Florida is treating you nice!!! It has been in the high 70's low 80's all week, what a November!! But tomorrow cold weather shows back up. It is kind of scary with this nice of weather, what the winter is going to be like. St. Louis really lucked out last year, we missed the big huge snow storms that Michelle got, and really just like 3 hours away from us got clobbered with, are we going to pay for it this year????

No Pam, not tired of hearing it at all. I hope and wish you lots of health and happiness with this!! I think it is great that you have the opportunity to do this!! I understand the need for wanting this over and behind you. This is a struggle that we all can hear you on!! Things will go great!! You will be skinny by Black Friday!! Is your friend having it done at the same hospital? Charlies SIL is having it done I think that day also but in Ohio. You will do great, and by the way I failed the band too....

Pamela, the movie was good. I wonder if he is as bad as they made him out to be. I kind of felt sorry for that Mark Z guy. I loved some of the quirky humor in the movie. There were only 4 people in the theatre and a lot of times I was the only one chucking. I was amazed at how much the movie cost! I guess it has been a while. Did I ever tell you guys my first job was at a theatre? I worked their for two years and got to see movies for free. Kind of spoiled me......
