I saw that Dave Clark, but aren't there like 3 Davids, not sure which one he is, will watch again tonight and I am sure they will recap it. TracyK please don't feel like you need to be a cheerleader instead of needing help or support. I probably have the most weight to lose and have never thought that you or someone else close to goal don't understand. Whether you have 50 or 150 pounds to lose it is still a struggle and that is universal for all of us. I think the hardest part is plateaus and stalling. I think we all get scared of what if this is it. I think we all stand behind everyones weight loss struggles and joys!!!

Tracy good job!!! That really is neat!! Just got back from Urgentcare and luckily my arm is not broken!! He said to just keep it elevated for the next few days so it doesn't get anymore swollen. The Dr. also gave me some antibiotics for my cough and congestion. He said I probably had a viral thing that turned into a secondary infection. I am glad I went, cause now my cough will go away!!!!

I only really visit this thread, so I am not sure who she is or some of the other people she is talking about. I for one find everyone to be supportive, much more so than I am. I always feel guilty because everyone seems so much better at personals than I. I may not write them, but you all are an important and supportive part of my life. I think this is a very honest group and appreciate that!!! I don't think I told you that when I went to the fill Dr. on Thursday I gained 9 pounds!!!!!! She said it was fluid or something other than real weight and wouldn't give me a fill since I was sick. I have to wait three weeks!!!! I am totally panicing (Is it spelled panicked? That doesn't look right either!!)!!! So I am going with what my scale showed me on Monday and that was a 2 pound gain, and then I will weigh myself in the am. Jane

Well my arm is a bit better, ice really helped and the swelling is way down. It was so weird. Not sure if I will go to Dr or not, see how is goes today. It is not snowing here. We got what they were saying of 2 to 3 inches of rain. Think how much snow that would have been!! Well I think I am going to have a repeat of last week and stay on the couch, instead of cough syrup I will have an ice pack!! Jane

Gina, Think of it as quality control!!! I mean you have to make sure they are good!!! I hurt my arm! Oh my gosh I came home from work and tripped and fell, there is a big egg on my forearm, my sister who is a orthopedic nurse said that maybe that was a good sign that I had a lot a swelling in a small area, so keep ice on it and see how it is in the morning. OH NO is all I can say if something is wrong with my arm!! Jane

I only feel marginally better, getting ready to go to work. Judy!!! COLD!!!! We have weird weather sometimes, like 79 for a high the other week and then 13 the next, but never that COLD!! It says 23 now and today it is suppose to be up over freezing because we are getting what they say is heavy rain. Everyone have a good day! I am going to work then come home and get n bed, my routine for the week. Glad it is Saturday and after this get the next two days off! Jane
