Let me see, I had some errands to run, got my taxes most importantly, then I went to the Dr. she said maybe giving me a stimulant???? I am thinking weight issues also!! but, it is weird so don't know... Then I went to work not knowing how busy I was, got in and saw ONE PERSON on my books. A little after 5:00 I thought that is not like Kay to be late, so I looked and made a mistake, obviously she had called or something to cancel this appointment because I made one for her next week. SO, I HAD NO ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I stayed at work for about 3 hours. No one called for me. I am in a major pity party today!!! Anyone want to join me? I have cookies!!

Just got a call from my tax person and she said I get a refund plus I don't have to pay first quarter taxes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also don't have to pay state for the whole year!!!!!!! On a different note, I really think the probiotics are working!! I have noticed in the past few days I haven't really been craving sweets!! HHHMMMM!!!!!

Oh, I heard a song on the radio that I really liked the words. I found out it was Miley Cyrus :welldoneclap:! It was called "The Climb" I really liked the words and found them online, here is just the chorus There is always going to be another moutain I'm always going to want to make it move Always going to be an uphill battle Sometimes I am going to have to lose Ain't about how fast I get there Ain't about whats waiting on the other side It's the climb. I like the words, it is hard to hear such a young girl sing such a deep song, but actually she could probably put me to shame on what she has lived. I just watched the Oprah show from the other day with Starr Jones, Marie Osmand, and Valerie Bertanelli. Interesting. Although according to some skinny people where I work if you just eat right and exercise you will be thin. You just need to say no to food and yes to exercise!! Wow, what an eye opener, maybe I should try that!! I have the slowest day I have had for a Saturday in years tomorrow!! I am bummed so much because this has been such a slow week!!! Good morning everyone!! Work week almost over for most folks!! Maybe since this is our "Band Month" we are all more reflective? It is easy to look at what we do wrong, but we do things right too!!! We are WONDERFUL VIOLETS, and no one can take that away from us!!

How funny, I just checked my biorythms and I am at the lowest point intellectually, so disregard everything I have said today!! In the words of Martin Short 'I am not very smart'! Do you guys know what I am talking about with Martin Short on snl a long time ago when he was a sychronized swimmer with water wings? I am cracking myself up now just thinking about it!!

You know struggling is something we all deal with. Sometimes it is easier than others. I do go for counseling every other week. My counselor and I had a long talk about what I want out of counseling. If I knew what I needed would I be in counseling? I can joke about it and make light of all of it, but when push comes to shove it is a struggle!! I know I am not weak, but it is still a struggle. Anyone remember when we were kids about 'biorythms'? Maybe that is the answer!!!

Pamela, that sucks about the airline schedule!! What a pain to have to deal with!! Tracy I am waiting for the spark to rejuice myself. If you find it let me know!! I am trying to stay positive about this weight gain, but not being very strong. It really has gotten me down a lot!! I am now a little over 300 a place I never wanted to visit again. I have an appointment on the 14th for a fill and will weigh then, but I really don't think I have lost anything. Really need to get inside my head and see what the problem is. Why are some people sooo successful. Why can't I feel the way I did a month or so after my surgery? At that point I thought there is no way anyone could gain weight!! Eat around the band? What does that mean? I want this so bad, so why am I struggling with it? What makes some people struggle with it, and some people have it come easy for them. It doesn't mean that I am weaker or less deserving. I learned this the hard way. When I had my brain tumor, it is a death sentance for a lot of people, I was one of the lucky ones, but it didn't mean anything, the people that died from it were not any less special or deserving of life. It was just in their cards. Wow am I getting very deep or what!! I am going to stop now. Jane
