My eating today was not too bad, but I did drink with lunch and dinner, so I am giving myself just a star, I am going to get in bed, so no excerise. Have a good night and yay for Friday!!

Good morning, could have stayed in bed forever today!!! Then got on the scale and gained 4 pounds?????????????????? The only thing I ate yesterday that wasn't a great choice is a peice of italian bread!! I did not exercise, but that doesn't make you gain weight!! Oh well, I think it is that I am puffy, wish I could get something for this problem!! Jen are you feeling better? Terry and Kat, I would love to go to Colorado, that is one place I would like to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Michelle, Haydee, and Pamela, would love a 'lost weekend', I am so jealous. I get to go to a wedding instead!!! Laura love the pictures of Carson, he seems to really look and pay attention to what he is seeing, and the smile is not a muscle spasm!!! He is just very advanced!! About a month to go huh Heather? I bet that is the hardest mentally!! Suzie I hope you are enjoying your breakfast!! Well today is over and I didn't take my camera, the battery was dead. Some other people had cameras, so I will try to get one and then try to get it posted here. I am so tired right now. I don't want to go to work. I for some reason couldn't sleep last night. Then I got up early this am. I shouldn't complain because it has been so slow up til now. So off to work I go.............

Hope you feel better soon Judy!!!!!!!! Today was a three star day. I didn't exercise, but I did not drink with food, I ate 1 cup, and I made good food choices. Tomorrow is my parents thing with the church. I think I will take my camera and hopefully some will turn out. I have looked all over for a top to wear with my black pants. I have not been very successful. Since I have gained weight, nothing nice fits me. I have a couple of maybes that will happen when I get dressed in the morning. I also went tonight and picked up the flowers, and they were supposed to make my moms corsage out of spray roses, and it was regular size roses. I was trying to tell these two men the difference, and they were clueless. My mom doens't like big corsages, I hope this is okay. I am rambling again........

:sad:just lost my post! Anyways I got 2 out of four stars today. I exercised, and didn't drink with my meal. I ate a little over one cup, and at taco bell, so I lost two stars for that. I don't know what to do as a reward and was thinking that maybe I should get to hold Carson for the longest with my stars!!!!!!!!!

Kat and I are going to start singing!! I think I am going to start a new thing. I am rewarding myself with stars. Each day I will get a star if I exercise, eat good for your band food, only eat 1 cup like a model bandster, not drinking with meals. Four stars, what do you all think? I can add stars if you think of something else. I am a big drinker, so water is always going to be okay, so I don't want a star for that. I really wanted to come up with 5 stars. Ideas anyone????? Have a good start to the work week!!!!!!!!!!

Slept late!! Was so nice. I love not getting up to an alarm. It is funny, even when I have to be at work late, I still set the alarm, even though I know I will wake up before the alarm, but I still set it thinking I am going to oversleep when I have to be at work at 1:00?!?!?!?!? I have lost some more weight so I am now back below 300. I can't believe I am saying that. It sounds sad to say, I thought I would be saying I am finally below 200!!! When that happens I am having a big party!!!! I think I will have Michelle cater it, but have Suzie make the frosted brownies!!! Whoops, I shouldn't think like that huh? My next post will be I can't believe I am over 200 again!!!!!!!!!! I am rambling something fierce!!! Have a good one!!!!!!!!!!!

Laura, sorry you and hubby are having money issues. I want to be a healthy and good weight. Don't know if I will ever get there, but right now, that is what I am shooting for. Not some number somebody has determined is "my" number. I thought the Elephant Bar was a chain, it may not be. It is a restaurant that is what they call 'pan-asian'? Don't know what that means!!

Kat, that is great about your parents. It is so good as adults to see your parents in a different and happy place. I remember I had a shirt that was gold, and it drove me NUTS!!!!
