Good morning!! Another early meeting. The taxing district of which I am secretary is getting a farmers market together, that is why all the early meetings. I think I am going to come home after and take a little nap!! It is supposed to be a beautiful day here, but it is COLD!! Make it a good one!!!!!!!!

I ate some bad foods for lunch, but hopefully that will be the end of it til Easter. I am going to allow myself some bad foods then. I did good. He is taking me off the medicine I take for my headaches, he said it can cause you to gain weight. He is putting me on something else called topomax, he said he hoped my insurance pays for it. He said if it doesn't, then appeal. It would be a relief if I didn't have headaches all the time!! I deal with them as a way of life, and only get sidetracked when they are horrible. So maybe I will be skinny AND headache free!!! I go back to him the day after Easter, and hopefully I can lose 10 pounds by then. I want to be under a certain weight then. Okay speaking of headaches, I have one and am going to lay down!!

You know Michelle, I hope that this magic keeps me motivated! As you know this is a mind game totally! I hope for the motivation to always be there!!!

Judy I meant to add this, I like some of Fashion Bugs clothes, the bad thing is their sizing!! I always have to try things on their, sometimes I could take a much smaller size, or sometimes I would take a HUGE size! It is like Karen Scott shirts, sometimes I take a 1x, 2x, or 3x!

Hello!!! I think I am doing real good, but need to exercise more!! Did some of my taxes last night, not too bad yet...Business has been soo slow I decided I would buy a program and do it myself. So if it works, I saved $150 doing it by myself, if it doesn't I will have to pay an extra $250 to get them done by a real smart person!! I have about a month!! Michelle I am thinking about you! Laura, saw Carson was sick again!!!!!!! Sorry!!!

I did a quick weigh in this morning, and I have really lost, I wonder if it is the apple stuff.....I think really it is nice to 'blame' it on that, but I was stuck at the same weight for a while, it was bound to move soon. Go to Dr. tomorrow and see for real.

Haydee, it really goes right through and down. It tastes bad for 1 second. It sort of burns your throat, but that is only for an instant. It is a weird feeling! I hope all has a great weekend! I am off to work, then helping out with Anna.

Oh Laura, does not sound like fun!! I am knocking on wood, but I haven't had the stomach flu in years!! Well Dr. didn't give me any samples of singulair, but he did give me samples of antibiotics. He said he has to clear that up (nasal), I told him that he already prescribed me two different kinds with no help. Does he not write this stuff down??? Anyways he said try this one and if it doesn't do the trick get a ct of my sinus's. Well I am off to watch some tv before bed.........

Okay stone soup sounds like my bring your own juice parties, where I supplied the liquor and everyone else brought juice. Play was fairly good, very hard to hear.
