My surgery is in two days!!!! I'm so scared- it didnt hit until my friend mentioned it to me- TWO days!!!!! My sugars are still level, I get to do my zumba class one last time tomorrow and heading out to a Yankee game after work on Tuesday! Guys!!! I'm scared, especially bc my boyfriend won't be there :-/ he has work and I can't ask for him to take off bc he just started this new job. I have my box of tissues ready. How is everyone else coping? Or coped with having surgery for that matter!

To please pray for me. I have stuck to my liquid diet, I'm starving. Tomorrow, I find out if I really so get this surgery. They will check my sugar levels and depending on that, will determine if I have this surgery. Please pray! My sugars should be lower- I've taking my pills 4x's a week and on a liquid diet, I all of this doesn't help. I quit. I'm drained emotionally and physically and I just can't so it anymore. Thanks all who have been so supportive since I started this whole procedure.

You guys, u have no idea how much I pray to be of these meds- somehow making my mom proud, to know I won't leave my future kids alone In the future the way I was left! I can't wait.... This is what I been waiting for all my life- a new begining!

I quit smoking cold turkey- I work for a law firm and all the side effects that there medications have I refuse to have that in my thoughts. You can do it!

It is a glucose reading- the date isn't up to date but its from today if u read my past post you will know why I'm happy and hope this will remain the same for tomorrow

Well guys after all that I went thru bc of this diabetes it continues to haunt me. I won't know for sure if I can get his surgery till Friday when im scheduled for wednesday. sugar levels were horrible at pre-testing brought them down about 80 points- going back to my doctor Friday to get tested again- I'm on liquids now- no cigs- I think if I get denied on Friday- I won't be doing this surgery 6 months of this, I'm exhausted. I pray that my sugars go down with this liquid diet one can only hope right? :/

I got my dosage of medication higher; and keep doing the liquid diet.
