Please send Prayers and Love!! I'm Going in!!

Well tomorrow is the BIG day!! I have lost around 10 lb from my liquid diet..i cheated a couple times...I am guilty of it...its bound to happen. We just got to pick right back up and keep going! I took my before surgery photos!! last night at around midnight..i though to myself...OMG surgery is tomorrow...already!! I'm so scared to be put under, still! Until we Type again my fellow bandsters!!! Please send your prayers this way as I proceed in my journey to a NEW life

HIIII!! I'm ebony 23 and getting lap band this Monday!! I just want someone to share my journey with and someone to keep me motivated!!! Thanks I really hope to hear from someone

I have 4 days until my surgery!!!!! Im so anxious to have it done already...it feels as though this process has been sooo long!! I have finally realized something...I am on my liquid diet btw..yesterday I was talking to my fiancé and I asked him if I could cheat just a little on the diet...and he told me something that I now hear in my head every time I want to cheat.."You have cheated your whole life, its time to buckle down cause things are changing!!" Im blessed to have such a wonderful man in my life who supports my every move. I heard him and I thought to myself...he's so right, I have ate pizza at late hours with extra cheese, extra pepperoni, I have eaten out for days eating junk and greasy food, I drank pop whenever I wanted to and never thought about the consciences...but now is my chance to move forward to grow out of that to help myself in becoming the better ME I can be for my Fiancé and most of all for my DAUGHTER!! I don't want her to have to see me as a diabetic or with high blood pressure and have to worry about me taking pills or having to be on insulin..i want her to know me as active and healthy I want to chase her around and take her for walks and not feel out of breath because I jogged a little..These next 4 days cant come any faster!! I am so ready to start my Journey with the lapband

I have been on the liquid Pre- OP diet now since the 8th and I have seen great progress, but...Im also having horrible temptations!! I have a family to cook for and its soo hard to not eat solids...I keep thinking oh maybe if its healthy It wont matter..and maybe it wont but I don't want to cheat myself. Its such a struggle and I know its just the beginning...I definitely want this weight loss more then food...I just have to get my stomach and brain to agree with me on that !!!

Im on my Pre-op diet and I need some ideas of what to eat...im on phase II, I feel like there arnt too many choices out there...what did you bandsters eat when you were on phase II pre-op diet?? Oh my surgery is April 22

Today is my pre op appointment with the anestisiologist and my Doctor, Dr. Lolar. Im reading all the different forums and blogs and im getting so excited for the surgery on the 22 I have been waiting my WHOLE life for an opportunity like this finally!! Here we go!! The possibilities are endless!!!

Well I have exactly 2 weeks until my surgery!! Im excited but im nervous...I have never been put to sleep so im kinda worried about it even though I know I really don't need to be lol I have been a heavy girl my entire life..from being called names as a child and being picked on for my weight in middle school..guys would treat me differently because I was heavier then the normal girl...it was hard..but looking back at that really shows me that im ready to prove everyone wrong..im ready to start my life! I have a 2 year old daughter and a wonderful fiancé who are with me on this journey and im so excited to see how everything turns out! The possibilities are ENDLESS!!
