No its fine ... I was eating a lot more after my first fill then went for second an was still want more then what I was suppose to have but after the last fill I'm doing a lot better not hungry hardly at all an I think about food every now an then but ill take a bite of something an I'm good ... I just started losing again an down about 45 but I need to get my motivation to start exercising . An when I do get hungry its like I'm starving an I eat to fast an its been getting stuck then it just comes up not a good feeling! !!!

Hey guys haven't been on here in a long while ... I've been struggling lately with my band but still loseing a little each month I am on my third fill an I think after my next one ill be in my green zone . But I been having problems w chewing to fast an things getting stuck not a good feeling ..

Does anyone live around the Baytown Houston area it would be nice to have a lap band friend close by

Yes you do need to walk around but when I had mine last month it took me a couple days to really get moving so just do what you can . An also rest when you can .

Well had my first fill today it wasn't bad at all ... they told me in doing great w my weight loss I am pretty happy with that . I thought I was doing bad lol.

I use dr Hollis at true results ... he has been pretty great
