I was scared too an so far its been fine no problems. . Just follow what your doc say an I'm sure you will be fine !!!! I love the band so far an want to start walking asap just need to get my energy back lol -

I drink two protein shakes a day but its hard an I don't think I'm drinking enough water but its hard to drink a lot of anything . -
