My insurance paid for my tummy tuck. If you have a c section scar or hysterectomy scar bcbs paid. I had to pay deductable and I paid out of pocket for the Lipo of the flanks. -

It really is a huge blessing. Many success stories. I am going to have to stop reading the negitivity. I was talking to my advocate and she was not putting anyone down but she said do what the doctor tell you to do and follow your diet you will do fine. She has been banded for about 8 years and still looks good. Are you in Houston as well? -

That's good. I've heard many say they are tired for a couple weeks or so. I m excited and can't wait for my procedure. I need to make myself stop reading the negativity on other sites about the band. It's scary. But I can say I've meet many that has had success than failure. -

cassandramontes replied to heatherbuzz's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
Im sorry to hear that. Well at least it is only a week right? I have heard that that frist week is different for a lot of prople. Some I have talked with have no desire to eat or drink, others have a hard time getting things down and then some say they are starving as you. I have not been banded yet but you have no restriction at all? -
I see progress.

I think that is great. I am very happy for you. Continued success ! ! ! ! I will be so glad when my turn come. I have seen many many positive results on this website. -
I think anything between you and your employer is suppose to be confidential. Many people know at my work place because half has had it done themselves. Great support system as well.

I have I have been researching for 3 years or so. However, everyone I have ran into and know that has had this surgery has not complain about this. This is the first time I am hearing of it. It was always the pain in the shoulder from gas and around the port area. I am going to ask my doctor is there anything that can be done to reduce the risk of this happening and how many of his patients have complained about this particular pain. I really home you feel better. From the looks of it it seem that it will go away. Hopefully soon. -
Why are you upset by your pictures if I may ask?

Hi, yes my pain went away when I.had that stitch removed. My skin was growing around it. That's the only pain I experienced with those procedure. I would contact my doctor because it seems you are in some REAL discomfort. Best wishes -
Sorry that you got sick. Usually surgeons wont perform on patients that are sick because there is a rick of upper respitory infection and pneumonia.
