    Wow Cindy! I think you are doing great-now if you had lost 40 pounds, even though that would be great as well, I could see your frustration. Look how far you have come-you are 15 lbs away from a goal-but you have lost 85 LBS!!! Taht is amazing. Everyone is individual and as long as the numbers are going down you are on the right track

    Are you allowed to eat real food?? Im on Liquids really only-its really hard-i had to sit with my 2 kids and my husband while they had burgers and i had a blah protein shake

    I was also unable to lose weight before surgery. My bmi was hovering just under 40 so i had to put on a couple pounds actually! Now im on the 2 week liquid diet and starving. Im sure ill be ok but its not easy-just wish i could eat some chicken or veggies!!!
