Went out of down this weekend found myself eating and drinking a few things I shouldn't have. I'm only 17 days out its hard without any fills. I ate less but not as health as I could have.Good thing I'm going Friday for my first fill also plan on getting in the gym this week

I like lapband diva idea that way I won't use as much. Also going to try the hidden valley & yogurt sounds yummy.

I'm 14 days out of surgery doing well with eating salads. I fined myself drowning it with dressing I could have eaten that burger & fries instead got to get a handle on this

I would love know the same thing I so ready to be slim

Me and water has never been friends. I know if I want results I have to drink it but does it has to be clear to do its best work. I can spice it up with the little 5 calorie kool aid Or do you have any other ideas

I'm 12 days post opt Ive lost about 8 pounds pre & post opt. Im feeling less restrictions so my question is how many calories should I be eating a day.My fill is on the 31st but until then I have to monitor this myself. I also plan to start exercising week got to lost more.

Call your doctor and whatever stressing you let it go. Your health should be your most important focus

Ok I had my surgery May 10 so I'm in week two. I was able to eat 2 small pieces bake fish & a small circle of mashed potato no butter no salt. I feel satisfied not full was that to much food to soon. I chewed chewed chewed I'm feeling less restrictions. I go to back to the doctor on the 31 to get adjusted. I feel as I been following my handbook to the letter. I'm also feeling my clothes have a little more room in them. Two weeks is a long time but I'm learning discipline.'I've never had that. I'm also excited about being able to exercise Is this normal

I just had them 5 mins ago drank some diet cranberry juice all gone that's my first time but I only 10 days out

Ok after my surgery on the 10th the nurse told me to make an appointment in two weeks. I did exactly as I was told the lady on the phone wanted me to return on the 24th. I told I would be out of town she then set it for the 31 she said its for an adjustment. My question is a adjustment the same as a fill and will I have more restrictions if a adjustment is not a fill can someone answer this. I'm just a little confused when it come to this Thanks in advance

I felt ok just not full but I was ok with that. I just felt I should have not been able to eat that much with the band.

I went back today I work where I can just chill and sit in one spot it still was a little rough. I can't be enough ice mouth so dry I going to try to push threw. I work in a residential setting so I can get a little cat nap here and there. I have three trips coming up the first on is the 24th Atl so I need all my time to enjoy my summer vacations take it easy band buddy Hoping we both heal SOON

I was band Friday so happy but was going crazy in my house. I decided to come to work it's a slow pace job. Just ready for the soreness to leave. I feel a little handicap but Im already seeing a small change in my clothing. Oh and why is it that food commercial has been grossing me at all weekend Biggest ? Is about the soreness help me please!!!

My soreness is incision related I need to be able to bend this part is driving me crazy. They gave me no meds because I did so well and was hardly in any pain. The nurse said take extra strength Tylenol as needed

Tomorrow is also my day at 1:00pm I've done all the preparing praying leaving it in Gods hands. Good luck to you praying for you also.
