I am also getting banded on the 30th. I have to be there at 8:30

Everything was great today with my pre op. I have to be at the surgical center at 830 am

I am a type 2 diabetic on insulin. I have a had a stressful couple of weeks,my husband and I go bad news. Then with the surgery and everything my blood sugars are staying higher than I like. I just hop I pass my pre open visit

I am 16 days from surgery and I have my pre op this wednesday

Well have my pre op next Wednesday .Getting really excited about it too

May I ask who your insurance company is mine is blue cross blue shield and I was approved in roughly 3 days

I will admit that is it Paris. Thank you for all the comments. This really helps. My husband says don't be afraid of letting others see the photos cause I might be able to help someone else who feels like I do.

Hello, My name is Lisa Froman. I am 38 yrs old married. I have been thinking about Lap Band for quite a few yrs now. My husbands job keeps chainging every yr. I thought I would never be able to get it done. I have been overweight my whole life. I have tried every diet out there from Weight Watchers to just eating salads and nothing worked for me. Yeah I could lose 20-30 but gain it and more back.I had my first consultation on the 25th of Feburary and then I had my psy eval on the 28 of Feb. I then had my physical and dietian appt and just got the call today that my insurance company said yes to my surgery just waiting on the letter to arrive. I cried when i found out

I thought I would call and see if the insurance company had made a decision yet. I found out that it was approved. My surgery date is April 30th and my pre op is April 17th.I look forward to the new me.
