I have a guestion ,bein dat i lost weight fast on the veg n liquid diet in da being , is it safe to keep doin dat type of diet ..

Really ok , u sound juss like me about the yoyo diets ,my family wrre like y go thru the sugery bein that they seen me in pain, but i keep tellin my self this goin to werk, its like im fighting for my life but i no its wierth it! N i tell my fam i dont wana get thin then fatter again, i wana get thin be healthy train my body to eat better, n stay dat way, n thanks for putting me at ease wit goin to the nutritionist i so appropriate it..

I juss had my band put in 12days ago .. im on a liquid diet , n due to da nutritious the end of the week,iam in it to win it ,but its tough. Thanks for ure advice

Wow i didnt think it was possible to have da band n be pregnant, my bf is so relieved.. his smile is from ear to ear... cuz he wants more kids ,im not shure , but u never no wat surprise life has in store!
