I have an 11cc band n have 10cc in it. I feel like I mostly rely on self control n not the band. Kind of afraid this will continue n I could have just dieted myself.

I'm at 10cc in 11cc band. On a normal day I don't eat more then 1000-1200 calories. However, I have had them days where I can eat anything n everything. I rely mostly on self control.

My nutritionist told me gas x. I said to myself the gas in not in my digestional track so that's just dumb to think. So I suffer. Don't get me wrong my gas was not pain. It truly was discomfort. Then I'm tellin my sister (a nurse) how dumb the nutritionist is about the gas x. Then she tells me the gas x will absorb into the body like any other medication. So I try it.........relief!
