Ive been very stressed out lately.. wedding planning and other personal things. Does stress make anyones band tighter? Also the reason im thinking its stress becuase after my fill last time i was ok then when i sit and think about it ever sice ive started all this planning i feel like i get stuck on everything i eat... ive also noticed that during the morning im super tight then late at night i could even everything under the sun if i wanted.. im pretty sure thats not totally normal I have a dr. appointment on friday. just thought id ask everyone here. i feel all i want to eat is soup and mashed potatoes and coffee. i have no appetite for anything like chicken, pork, nothing solid..

Ok thank you guys! I probably should just change what I'm eating because if I sit and think about it a lot of it is slider food.. Because when I eat chicken or eggs I notice I have to be more careful or ill get stuck. where if its mash potatoes etc I don't get stuck so I eat faster still learning.. Maybe I'm in my green but gettin around it with sliders? Yikes been at the same number for a few weeks is getting frustrating -BriannaXOXO

This is probably a stupid question but isn't a beer carbonated? I don't drink because I figured all beer was? And bottled stuff(Smirnoff mikesi) ect -BriannaXOXO

With the Lapband when we over eat do we feel discomfort or pain at all? Sometimes when I eat and its probably a little more then I should I just feel "normal' no discomfort at all. Afraid of stretching... Is that normal -BriannaXOXO

Thanks everyone!!! I am only really worried about the bread stretching my pouch. Only have had toast maybe twice since banded in February. never just plain old bread. I'm worried about getting stuck on it. It's kinda like lettuce for me I just don't eat it anymore. -BriannaXOXO

I had a sliced toasted with about a table spoon of Peanut Butter and some sugar free jam. It's like a treat for me.. I was a big bread person. My question is is what I ate "okay" to eat? I was kinda burping a lot after but it went down really nice. And where do you think is the best place to find a 1 min egg timer I haven't been waiting long enough between bites recently. Feeling guilty. Thanks guys! -BriannaXOXO

What should i do after slimmed/vomit episode.
BriannasBand posted a topic in LAP-BAND Surgery Forums
Ate to quickly to put it simply... Slimmed then slimmed a second time and some chewed up food came up. Is that considered vomiting? I don't think it came from the bottom stomach. liquids for a while? -BriannaXOXO -

See a hard boil egg doesn't feel me up either! And when he told me one should be I felt like something was wrong then but I guess everyone's different. So I just have two and I'm good. I noticed I'm not super tight in the morning either like most. What causes that anyway? I can eat pretty much everything too but I noticed I'm not wanting salads which is probably a good thing because it'll just take up soooo much room! If I make banana bread for my hubby I take a small slice and soak it in nonfat(cheating I know lol) it's not all the time. But I had some popcorn last night holy slider!! I better be careful. Probably ate more then I should of which felt really weird eating more so I stopped but that's a good thing!(: Thank for the advice! -BriannaXOXO

Can we have popcorn? The air popped kind not covered in butter and salt of course And second question My dr said 1 hard boil egg should fill me up in the morning but why are we allowed a full 1 cup at every meal if an egg is not 1 cup? Thanks everyone! -BriannaXOXO

I never knew my "small" bites were actually "big bites" ... Smaller bites are working tried it out this morning. I guess when you've been shoveling food in your mouth for so long it doesn't seems so big. Thank you guys! -BriannaXOXO

I'm thinking I'm just sensitive to fills and my "small bites" aren't that small. So I'm fixing my bite size. Got to eat a little more today. Thank you for all the advice! -BriannaXOXO

My dr says liquids for 24 hours which I did. It wasn't dry at all but I did have BBQ sauce on it. I just can't imagine having 2 bites and it be ok for the rest of my life that's not healthy right? And with those very few bites I took I waited my minute and was having chest pain.. So it wasn't like I wasn't waiting and shoving my face with food so maybe in still swollen and only sliders can go down.. Hmm. Never thought of being super sensitive to fill but now that I think about it I've gotten a fill drank the Water they make you drink and I was gurgling and the was only a half of a half a CC. -BriannaXOXO

Slimed is when your body produces saliva to help get down the stuck food and when you burp it up it feels like your throwing up a jelly fish.. Super weird/gross -BriannaXOXO
