Hi fellow "bandsters". I was banded 14 days ago today and feel like it was the best decision I have ever made!! I am so excited to be starting my new life!! :0)
I feel like I have gotten the "making healthy food choices" down, but its the exercise part that I struggle with. I use my wii and my Xbox kinect to exercise occasionally, but I find it hard to get motivated. After 37 years, I know myself pretty well and I know I need some accountability. :0) I NEED someone to have meet to walk or exercise with. Whether its through the park, at the gym, or around the mall, around a track or just down the street knowing someone is depending on me to show up will get me there and motivated. I am the queen of excuses when there's no one waiting for me to exercise with…just ask my dog. Lol
That being said, is there anyone in the Princeton, Trenton, Hamilton NJ aren't hat would like to meet up on a regular basis and exercise? It doesn't have to be at a gym, organized, or even strenuous. Just some regularly scheduled physical activity that can boost our metabolism and our weight loss.
