Hi everybody! I wanted to see the general consensus on how everybody felt at about post-op day 10?? I have an event to go to 10 days after surgery and I know everybody is different...but I just wanted to see if anybody still had issues 10 days later or not?

Thank you all so much! It's nothing too strenuous...I have a concert to go to! Lol yeah so I was praying I could still go! Obviously in know everybody is different but I was hoping the responses were exactly what you all gave!

Hi everybody! I'm getting banded on 16 July...I'm getting worried on EXACTLY what is good for me to drink/eat after surgery? I know my doc says first 2 weeks is clear liquid...is that ANY clear liquid?? Or are people doing clear Protein drinks?

I got my call yesterday and I'm scheduled for 16 July!!! 2 weeks of liquid diet starts on the 2nd! Super nervous!!!! Very excited but hope and pray I can make it through the liquid diet beforehand with no problems and not be too grumpy!! -
Ok I'm confused...what is causing this gas?? And why are your shoulders and chest hurting?? I'm waiting on insurance to approve and ill have my date for surgery (hoping for next month) so I'm trying to figure out all the ins and outs!

Yes these are normal! I had to do them as well. I her my last appt next week then ill be scheduled for surgery. But yeah don't worry!! I think it's good that your doc is taking all the precautions necessary to ensure this will work for you and you'll be healthy during the process!
