Well I know that this forum are all about the bandings but I just wanted to share with my band family that we are having a date night before my banding since it will be awhile that we will be able to go out to eat togeather due to my healing stage process. If you don't already do this with your spouse I encourage it. I love our date nights after 21 years it still excites me Just wanted to share my excitement with you all !!!

We went an did a little shopping togeather an had a very nice steak dinner at a Lil place outta town that cooks the steaks as you order them on an open Pitt grill it's called " Chuckwagon" so you can imagine how country western style the place is ...... And I must say it was awesome an I didn't consider this meal a cheat because I'm still allowed 2 shakes a day an 1 meal so I skipped a shake an the steak with potatoes added up my protein an water to drink so ...... Yeaahhhhh I stayed on track an focused !!!! An on top that had a great date with hubby so I am all 's

So happy for you both what great news !!! I will be missing out on the Easter dinners this year but will consider the broth my lunch in hopes that next Easter ill be in a nice looking dress for the Sunday occasion an looking great

I mix mine with water maybe you are having an intolerance to milk if you are mixing with that. Just an idea

Every person is different an every insurance requires something that one may not. My first visit was march 5 being banded April 2 so mine was bout a month but I didn't have I wait on any insurance medical nec. Letters to be approved either ..... I'm sure that some if the vets in here will post an help you more than I can just wanna say good luck on your new journey an welcome to the sight

I'm on day 13 of the pre op an its going great so far alot easier than what I expected !! I'm sure you all will do great just have the mind set this is to prepare you for the new you. Good luck an keep posting of your journeys

Sad sad that some people have nothing better to do then to look for ways to discourage people a comment is good but I agree this goes just to far. You are beautiful but there is a proper way to comment on people's profile an some dint care or have any morals anymore !!

So glad you are doing ok. My Bmi is only 33 an I can still get the band Texas require atleast a 30 but having a hernia repair as well. Welcome to your new life an best of luck to you
