Hi!! Just curious if anyone has any recipe or meal idea you can share. Im board and clueless on new meals. And I google and it's always the same.....I've found people who have went thru the surgery tend to get creative. I can not at all tolerate rice breads and meats (some days or better then others).....

I started cross fit/boot camp last night. It was pricey at 130 for 4 weeks twice a week. But I love it. Already one day in and I have so much energy this am I haven't stopped moving at work. Its definitely worth the money!!!!
