Surgery is tomorrow at 1 and the nerves are finally hitting me..I just threw up and I can't stop crying because I'm scared. I know I am doing the right thing I am just scared of the risk of complication. I know that sounds silly but it does happen...I just need words of encouragement.

My gas pains are the ones in my shoulder so passing gas isnt going to help :-( besides that I'm feeling alright. Having a very hard time drinking my 2oz of ensure shake (I have 2oz 3x per day)..I just dont feel hungry. Seems like we are going through the same stuff.

Hey Ive been on this site for a little over a month probably. I just had surgery on Thursday the 23rd...how are you feeling. The gas pains are killing me.

You took the words out of my mouth. Have a heating pad on my back as we speak...for me its the right shoulder that the gas pain is worse...I also have a chair that reclines and lifts me up with a button -

Just took an hour and 1/2 to drink 2 oz (1/4 cup) of ensure and am so full...I know I am only 2 days out but it will get easier right? I just see no future in sight..how am I gonna get 4 oz in their eventually?

2 days post op and not hungry at all...did drink 2 oz of ensure and feel so full now(it took an hour and 1/2 to drink) I now have to wait a half an hour before I start drinking my clear fluids again. -

Heading home 24 hours after going into recovery room. Had to drink an ounce of water per hour since noon. Very easy recovery so far. -
Had my surgery at 1 pm est so 12 hours ago... havent pressed the button for morphine since about 5pm . The worst pain today was them taking the catheter out. My stomach area feels like I did a bunch of pushups..just wondering if it is gonna be a lot worse tomorrow (I realize its tomorrow now but I mean when the sun comes up)? Tomorrow I begin drinking water instead of IVs

U can go to a bank or credit union for a loan or most hospitals do financing right there for u... I'm sure you can say you can afford like $50-$100/per month and they can work with you on the term of the loan

I didn't have any progress yet, my surgery is tomorrow...I posted before pics and was gonna post like once per month but I dont wanna seem full of myself and be the only one posting. ..which I'm not.

I have two family members who have quit through hypnosis -
My fiance eats junk and stays skinny....he has always been thin though. I'm not upset about this though, I dont see it as a competition, I want us both the be able to grow old together. If something like that ticked me off then id be upset every time I saw anyone eat because a lot of people eat more than me, and I am still pre op
