******** replied to ********'s topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I'm not saying all aren't real but there are some that are way too similar -
My WLS journey with Alighterme/Dr.Lopez/Mexico the Real Deal
******** replied to skinny2be's topic in Mexico & Self-Pay Weight Loss Surgery
Why does it seem that everyone with this Dr and other drs in Mexico write long entries about their journey...I have never seen one for an American dr.. not a criticism just an observation because all of them seem so similar it makes me feel like you were told to write this. Once again this is just an observation. -
My Dr said No pills for months

May sleevers! How much have you lost so far?
******** replied to mrsplusamericajacksonville's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
We're sleeve sisters! I lost 26lbs but I haven't weighed since Thursday -
I guess I could talk to my nut about this but is the nutritional value in greek yogurt better than regular? Suppose that both kinds are fat free and sugar free what is the difference? Plain greek yogurt (without fresh fruit) makes me wanna gag so I have stayed away from it. It also wasnt until recently that it was a big deal.

******** replied to jmarie's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I think you have to take small sips for the rest of your life. I am having a pretty easy recovery...I'm a little over 2 weeks out and taking sips no problem. About a week ago I was overheated and took a few gulps no problem but everyone is different. I'm drinking a little more than a gallon of Water and Clear Liquids per day. -
Sorry I took it off...lol sorry I misunderstood

******** posted a topic in Weight Loss Surgery Success Stories
My fiance is saying my face is changing. So I did a comparison shot to post. I think its important (for me at least) to track all my changes. Even if its only 2 weeks and 26lbs down. Anyone else have any before and small changes pics? SW 268 CW 242 No preop diet. The one on rt is now -

5'10" 254lbs start 231lbs today...surgery on 6-17
******** replied to AutismMom's topic in Weight Loss Surgery Success Stories
I'm 5'9" and 2 weeks ago (the day of surgery) I was 268 and now I'm 242. I have put my measurements into a body calculator and it said I was pear shaped. My butt is bigger than my boobs and they are both bigger than my waist. Currently wear a size 18W/20W and xl top but the pants are starting to get big on me! My band on my bras are also getting big which is upsetting because I have little tatas. -

How much weight did you lose the first week?

I lost 21 lbs the 1st week and 5 lbs the 2nd week -
I was told just one a day of the Flintstones would be good and it tells you on the side how much of each vitamin is in one ...for example it says 90 percent of children's iron for the day and 100 percent of the recommended dose of iron for adults. I dont wanna take double that...ill just listen to my dr...he said vitamins are the opposite of medicine and adults need less
