May sleevers! How much have you lost so far?
******** replied to mrsplusamericajacksonville's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I was also 5/23 and we are only 2.5 weeks out not 4 weeks out...I'm only eating about 300/400 calories per day...is this not normal? -
Pre surgery I hit up the gym 5-6 days per week and although I got the okay to go back to the gym at the one week mark I cant seem to do as much anymore. I get winded quickly and have to take breaks more often. And I also get tired now being on top when my fiance and I get it on lol. I feel like I dont wanna be boring. I lost 26lbs so you would think things would be easier but its not. Anyone else experience this? Is it gonna get better. I'm 2.5 weeks out.

How has VSG Affected your Marriage?
******** replied to GBFree82's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I'm not married but have been with my SO for 5 years and although I am only 2.5 weeks out I feel like this is gonna help us in the long run. I have always been a big woman and my fiance likes that but he will love me regardless of size...he is 165 so he doesnt need to lose weight but he has been getting a tummy that he doesnt want and me eating healthy is helping him eat healthy. He used to get fast food a few times a week...I gave that up years ago but recently I forbade it from our house so that is helping him. ..two healthy people in a relationship is the best -

I would think they would be gone by then if you use scar cream...maybe I'm naiive but im 2.5 weeks out and the incisions are almost gone and I may begin to use scar cream so those will be gone soon.

I feel like the odd one. Everyone talks about this being so hard but water (It doesnt matter what temp) is the easiest for me and its flavorings that are hard to drink because of sweetness of them.

And you can also write your experience without advertising for the dr and the facility. I dont think I ever wrote my drs name unless someone asked me. I understand the real posters but some are legit not real. These people all have the same writing style? Cmon. And these few people have like 4 posts
