The ensure shake I have is 9g of protein and 250 calories. So is this not a good idea. -
I had my surgery on the 11 of this month, I'm having these hunger pains that are bad, is that normal. And my mouth stay like I have to keep spitting up every five minutes, why is that.

Yes I'm able to drink water, my mouth stay real watery.

I'm about to be in my second week, I want to know if its okay to eat chicken noodle soup.
