So I go for my 3rd fill on the June 26 and I already have 5cc in my band is a 11 anyways last fill was 3 cc in made 5 okay so the 1st 2 weeks I felt restricted but then well I started getting hungry. So I'm hopping and going to ask if I can get 2 more cc in maybe that will help me out. I can tell you this bread has been an issue to get down I even puke a couple times so I try to avoid it as much as I can so wish me luck guys maybe with 7cc in I will be good.

I haven't puked.yet yay but my doc didn't put me on liquids he just said take it easy he wants me back in 3 weeks to add more

So I got my first fill doc put in 3cc I haven't really are good yet cause I'm afraid of pukeing is it normal for me to feel this way?

Well like you hun it's been 21 days since my surgery and I have lost 10 pounds. My 1st fill on May 1st and I just can't wait because I am feeling hungry and I restrict myself from over eating and it's so hard to do. I don't drink alot of water like I should but I never did before the lap band I actually don't like plain water I was a flavor selzer water chick. But will let you know how I do with my 1 st fill hun.

Has anyone tried.any of the hungry girl cookbook recipes?

Never tried it but see many good reply about it putting it on my grocery list more recipes will be appreciate thank you

Happy to say I got banded March 22. the 1st 3 days wasn't so pleasant but what surgery recovery is. Gladly to.say a week in and I feel wonderful still have a but of gas pain every now and then but walking helps me out. Only thing I can't stand is this liquid diet tired of the same drinks jello extra anyone have any good ideas. When I went to surgery doc I was 247 day of surgery I was 221.8 a week later I am 215.3 I am very excited and happy with these results so far.
