Well, I finally made a decision purely for myself to help with weight loss and change my life. I'm sure you all know the feeling...never wanting to be in a picture, always being the "chubby" friend. I needed to make a change for the better and this is what I decided could work for me. I've been a little disappointed by the lack of progress and am hoping that the third fill is the "charm." I've started excercising about twice a week and even signed up for a 5K so I'm going to kick my training into high gear. Any suggestions or insight anyone can give me is very much appreciated as I've just really started this journey. Thank you for taking the time to read my story.
