Good afternoon all. I was actually scheduled to go in on Thursday but my work schedule changed so I called this morn to see if they could work me in. Surprisingly they did so I received my last and final fill I hope for a long time. .2ccs which brought me up to 7cc in my 10cc band. I just have to focus on maintaining and if I lose more then that's a plus. Good luck to the rest of you. -

Keeping a food journal would help. Do you know if you're getting enough protein? That should be at least 60-80 grams. You may consider seeing a nutritionist.
