Awesome!!! Congratulations

I'm sorry but this is not normal. I have had my band for almost three yrs and has never vomited not once. If you are vomiting then that's a sign that you're too tight and should be seen by your doctor immediately.

Lapband Vs Sleeve Vs Bypass Surgery
Lady VS replied to hayleylamas's topic in General Weight Loss Surgery Discussions
For me the sleeve is relatively new hadn't heard of it until about a year ago so that's why I didn't have that surgery. I certainly didn't want to be all cut into, stapled, etc with the possibility of gaining my weight back. I have relatives and friends that have had gastric bypass and you would never know because they have gained all their weight back. What a waste of money and having your body cut like that. So the lapband was my option. It's reversible although I don't plan on having it taken out. I lost 88 pounds in two and a half yrs with my band. I will be three years banded next month. It was the best decision for me. I suffer with osteoarthritis and have not been on any medications in over two years. I'm not diabetic or have any other issues that go along with being overweight. Good luck on your decision. -
Am I The Only One Who Cant Pm People?
Lady VS replied to ☠carolinagirl☠'s topic in Website Assistance & Suggestions
I can't pm either. -
I make a salad with a packet of tuna. If I'm not full then I will eat my yogurt as well but usually I don't. Sometimes I will eat a slice of pizza or have a sandwich with a small bag of chips. It all depends.

Hi there Jade I too had my surgery in 2010 and I didn't really keep up with calories until like a year post op. My doc told me that my food should be no more than four oz altogether. If you keep that in mind you will get there. I have been filled and unfilled so many times until I really learned my body. When you figure that out, you will be smooth sailing. Good luck on whatever you decide.

Hi Rhonda, yes. I was a slow loser. It took me two and a half years to lose my weight. Don't be in a hurry nor rush. There is no competition going on. Follow your doctor's orders and all will be well. You will get there and you will be so happy that you followed the rules. Good luck on your journey.

I'm not a stocking person but where them when the occasion calls. I had a banquet Friday night and put on the only one's I had which were queen sized. Queen plus that is. They were so big that I had to pull the toes and place them underneath my feet in my shoes. I through them away as soon as I got back home. So I also had a wedding yesterday but before I went, I went to the store to purchase a new pair of stockings. Well I'm happy to report that I purchased a regular pair of stockings. I haven't purchased a regular pair of stockings since I have been grown. Isn't that something. -
