Three years and two weeks

At first I did Walmart because I was in the losing stage so I got cheap stuff because I knew I wouldn't be in them long. Now that I'm below goal, I shop at Sears, JCPenny, Macy's, or Dillard's. Wherever there's a sale. Good luck and continued success.

Everybody's body is different. I could actually eat solid food after a fill even though I was avised no too. Many times I did do liquids for two days, soft foods the next followed by solid foods. Usually a day or two to answer your question. Good luck.

December 17th is my bandiversary. Three years post OP. How are you feeling?

I don't add in anything as they are already flavored or come with granola. I do use them in my protein shakes.

Always follow your doctor's orders first and your band second. Everyday is different for me. Some days I can eat all day long and other days I drink all day (coffee, tea, protein shakes) etc. It just depends. Good luck.

Probably a month. I know I had wine to start. Then I waited for the two month post op and tried one Margarita and couldn't drink it all. I am now three years post op and still can only drink one Margarita. I still drink a glass a wine maybe twice a week. Nothing like I used to preband. I only drank a small glass of egg nog for Christmas and then I didn't finish it. I did have a couple of Jello shots though. LOL When was the first time you drank after surgery just curious

Agreed!!! I'm in a size ten as well. Down from a size 22. So yes, the band works just fine. Congratulations!!! You look pretty.
