Kudos on losing 30 lbs in three months. It took me a lot longer to lose that amount. Your body is going to periodically go through plateaus so that it can adjust to the amount of weight you've lost. Once that happens depending on your calorie intake, you will start losing again. Don't worry you're doing fine. Congratulations!!

It sounds as though you're too tight. When was your last fill? I would also consult with my doc for a check up.

After three and a half years yes it's still a struggle. I have to constantly tell myself to eat slowly at every meal. Good luck on being banded and best wishes.

Wow!!! I too was banded in Dec 2010; however, I haven't had any problems with my band. I'm just curious to know how could it have possibly slipped from your stomach all the way down to your liver????? I'm sorry to hear that and am glad you were able to have it removed.
