The pre op diet normally consists of lots of Protein... My doctor has me on shakes twice a day and one lean meat with veggies...

Is it April yet??? So ready for my day to finally get here!!!! The 11th couldn't get here fast enough!!

I will be starting my pre op diet soon and was wondering if there was a certain time to stop eating anything I am thinking I may have a shake for breakfast my protein meal during lunch and then a shake for dinner... But my concern is I work late and was curious if I should try to have my dinner shake for example before 7 or 8? Just curious??

There is no reason to be rude on here!! If you don't like a post I put on here don't read them!! I have NEVER had LAPBAND surgery and AM going to get surgery in APRIL!!
