I tried various Protein powders with skim milk, soy milk, and different types of fresh and frozen fruit and it still had an aftertaste that I didn't care for. My current mix is 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream flavored Protein powder, 4 oz of Starbucks Frappuccino Lite, and a few ice cubes. This is indeed a yummy mix. Chuck
