I am looking for information on how much my dose should be adjusted. I am taking extended release and am wondering if it comes in immediate release form

I’ve had my lap band removed and I will be have a gastric bypass on Sept 10th. I’ve been doing the Optifast shakes and have stuck to the routine and it’s been hard, but I can ha doe the next three days easy. -

Shoulder recovery is coming along nicely.. Working on flexibility and strengths in baby steps.. Not rushing things, but I wanna do a triathlon next year, so I gotta start training again...

Thanks...

Just had a shoulder repaired after damaging it in February. Apparently although I am 20 in my mind, my body has other ideas. That'll learn me for trying to out do my young troopers in a pull up competition.. Lol It'll be lower body exercises and lots of waking for the next while.. I'm cool with it as long as the weather stays steady. Will have to modify food intake as I won't be doing my 1000 calorie work outs for awhile.. Lol Take care all!

I did a preemptive thing and had a 1cc defill prior to a shoulder surgery. I was having occasional reflux and thought it would be bad to have it while knocked out on the Drs slab. My fill nurse thought it was an awesome idea. Oddly for the past week, I've felt physically better since the defill, so if things work out, I won't get topped off again... The surgeon and anesthesiologist were very appreciative as well..

Found I had to add through the website

I like the app and really enjoy reading your progress and the enthusiasm to make your bad work for you. One thing that grinds my gears is how it only counts calories burned during cardio, but not strength training. Increased protein during strength training is essential, and I feel sometimes a true representation isn't being depicted.. Just saying....

After a weekend of total misbehaviour I'm feeling slow and sloth like. Stressful times tend to send me out of focus, and then the regret of being bad pile up... Gotta get back on track if I wanna meet my goal by Canada Day...
-
Ugh...not even going to record this weekends activities... Stress of last week help build a need for comfort foods... Time to get back on track.

It's a plateau, and your body will adapt around it. Understandably it's mind over matter. You can and will get through it... Just have to accept it and enjoy the break. Bodies need time to adjust. Send me a note anytime you feel discouraged.. I'll certainly try to help -
I like body fortress, but the costco stuff is good too. Scoop of vanilla with half cup o% milk, half cup oj and about a cup of frozen bananas and strawberries.. Through in some milled flax too. Good kickstart before a workout.
