I'm having a hell of a time not drinking when I eat, getting my protein shakes in and remembering my vitamins!!! Can anyone suggest any GOOD shakes or a liquid vitamin. Any suggestions for not drinking when I eat - I'm thristy!

I am 3 wks post surgery and am finding that I can eat more than I thought I would be able to and certainly more than I could the 1st 2 weeks after surgery. Is this normal? Is it time for a fill? I lost 16 lbs from the liquid through the 2nd week of surgery and have not lost anything this last week - is that normal?

I am brand new to this. I live in the D/FW area and am looking for a GOOD, REPUTABLE, EXPERIENCED doctor that will take some kind of payment plan if your insurance does not cover. What is the total cost (for those who have been through it) and anyone having any suggestions about how to fight with your insurance company to get it covered would certainly help. I am a 44 year old female, 5'9" and weigh about 240. I think my BMI is 37.8. ANY HELP OR SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATLY, GREATLY APPRECIATED!
