Tomorrow is surgery! I won't say the last 14 days weren't pure hell because it was. I have met some really cool helpful people on this web sight! Thanks to all of you!!!

I was banded 3-22 and I am back to work today and feel almost 100%! I have down time at work and googled lapband meal ideas (for the future) I need help!! so many different do's and dont's I am now overwhelmed! Corn, asparagus, broccoli, celery, bread, even Soup some say yes and some say no... All you veterans help! Thanks Let me be clear!! I mean in the future after the liquid diet.. I have read information from all over the country and some doctors say no to this or that while others are okay with it....

I'm hungry and want something other than clear liquids... Am I suppose to be hungry? Had jello and broth this morning and tonight also lots of water and a little juice.. Advise please...thanks

I can have full liquids after 7 days and just want Soup that isn't nasty broth! Why do we have to wait so long for soup? Anyone know?

Thanks all! This all helps because like I said I know activities come up in life where fast food or drinking is involved and all the advise helps.
