    Problems eating on workday schedule.

I would just have a protein shake for breakfast or I'd eat something small on the way there then have protein on your 1st break to hold you over until lunch.

    Meals

How many meals per day does everyone eat? I'll eat 3 5-6 ounces meals & then 2 snacks usually a shake, hard boiled egg, hummus, or a yogurt.

    Week of hell!

After 1 week of almost all liquids & a lot of throwing up I went to the doc. my stomach was so swollen from throwing up that no liquid could get thru! SCARY. Took 1 CC out for now & I'm feeling better!

    HELP!!!!!

I had my 2nd fill yesterday of 1.5 CC's for a total of 3.5 CC's in my 10 CC band .. I did all liquids yesterday & took my vitamins as directed .. after I took my vitamins( which are gummy) I was sliming & haven't been throwing up since. I have not been able to keep anything down since.. not even liquid.

    Uuhh Oohh

didn't realize not having my profile updated made my suggestion irrelevant. I'm glad you feel better. If I feel anything stuck I immediately try to get it up before it goes through my band.

    Leaving the hospital

yes, totally normal. take some gas-x & walk, walk, walk
  9. listen to the surgeon- definitely do not run. coughing & sneezing into a pillow is the best way to feel less pain

  13. Yes, totally normal. Sip slowly & walk around a lot. Walking was hard but it passed that pain, it's usually gas. Good luck & congrats on your band!

    Problem drinking protein

If you can handle dairy I drink Rockin Refuel, low sugar & low carbs. 30g of protein. They are in the milk section of my grocery store (Stop & Shop). Also, try "About Time" they make an unflavored 1 that's good with anything. Good luck!

    How to take Vitamins

Hi Sara, Your nutritionist should've told you that for the 1st month you should be on chewable Vitamins, that is what I had to do & it was super easy. Good luck & congrats on your band!

    I need help

Protein shakes helped me the most. I only had a 3 day liquid diet before surgery.. the purpose is to shrink ur liver so surgery is easier. if I were u I would try working out, do some cardio to try & drop a few pounds. My doctor said even 3-5 pounds a few days prior to surgery. The 3 weeks of liquid after was hard for me. I wish u the best of luck! I'm always here if you need help. If you are on Instagram there are tons of people & great positive support on there!

when did u have the band done?
  19. bandedgirlxo

    been 3 years and stuck

I would push ur doctor too. 3 out of 10? That's not right. If your stuck tell him to give u at least 2 more. Good luck & congrats on your success so far!
  20. Today is my 3 months, started at 216, dropped down to 197 month 2 but I'm currently 204. Has this happened to anyone else? I've only had 1 fill of 2 CC's.. next fill on 3/5. Feeling discouraged :/
