I'm sure that now that your friend is in clearer view it may get out a little more often. Good luck in that venture too!!!! Practice makes perfect.......

Good for you Gaffer. I wish you as much success with your new venture as you have had with your band.

Crystal Lite is made with aspartame. I have heard many negative things relating to aspartame. Have any of you tried Nestea in assorted flavours. It is made with Splenda which is a natural dirivitive of sugar. The Wal Mart brand is also made with Splenda and is delicious too.

29Feb - losingjusme's plastics day
Donna D replied to losingjusme's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
LJM I had a problem awhile back with severe itching - no surgery involved. Try taking an antihistamine ie: clariton for a few days. That should help. You are looking incredible. You certainly deserve to look as great as you feel. You should be very proud of yourself!! -
Hi Lisa in Toronto It is fantastic how quickly you lost the weight, I am so bummed about losing so little in such a long time. I have no one to blame....anyway moving the port...mine was up between my boobs and I had it moved midway between boobs and belly button. It is on its side too but I don't have any problems with it. I don't wear a bikini so it doesn't show besides it is sitting behind my midriff bulge. If it bothers you go for it. He indicated that I would have 3 new incision marks instead of 2 the way I went. Not that it should have made any difference as the area is rarely exposed, much to my chagrin!!!!

congrats, that is fanfriggintastic!!!!

Hi Green - Peaches I am feeling good and am enjoyings eating Protein in a regular form instead of mush. I am eating 3 meals a day and trying to avoid the not so good yummy stuff. I am going to weigh this Sunday so I'll let you know then. Peaches what was the outcome of your second fluro? Green - I love you even dishevelled !! Big hugs and not to tight a squeeze cuy you are too skinny??? Wishing you sexy dreams instead of those nasty ones.

Hi Loriely, I'm glad to hear you are losing. I too am finally learning the ways of the band. I had .1 removed on Monday and can eat a regular band size meal with no pb and no mushy foods. Lets hope this ticker gets moving soon. xo D
-
Mandi there is no updating to do on my ticker. I am actually a little higher but refuse to change it UP! I think I finally understand what "eating around the band" means. I went for a very slight defil .1cc and can eat a proper meal without pbing. I definately suffer from first bite syndrome and since Monday (defil) I have been able to eat protein - not of the mushy type - veggies and fruit. I remain full for a good 3 to 4 hours. I have to remember to eat sometimes. I feel that I am just now beginning my journey so lets hope that ticker moves soon. Can't help you with the sex but I do know my 25 year old daughter is not interested either because of medication issues. You really need to work on it so you don't miss out on any action. Good Luck, D

Hi Mandi So it's off to Halifax. Toronto would have been better cuz you would be closer to a lot of us, but hell you are always in arms reach ha ha. I wonder if you could still apply for EI because you have to leave your job cuz of the move. At least it will give you a little income until you find something there. Take care.

Angelnurse's Lower Body Lift
Donna D replied to angelnurse's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
Angelnurse you are looking mighty fine. You must feel fantastic. You'll only get better in time. Your incision is healing beautifully. Compliments to your surgeon. Thanks for the courage to post the pics. Please know they are really appreciated. -
Peaches I think I have had 5 fills and am at about 5.5. Strange but today I didn't have any trouble with my protein. Go figure. I think I will still go for a very small defil maybe .25 or .35
-
Peaches and Doddie you are so right. I have been at a plateau for months. I really don't have anyone to blame but myself. I am going to have a bit of a defill .25 or .50 because I am a bit too tight. I have a hard time eating my protein so I eat the mushier not so good stuff instead. I will win this battle!!

Nurseamy's tummy tuck/Lipo/Mastopexy
Donna D replied to nurseamy's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
You are really quite small and look to have very slim legs. I think you are going to be thrilled with your results. You will be amazed at how many of those stretch marks over your tummy will all be gone. Look at the skin above your belly button - that will give you some idea of what your new tummy area will look like cuz that is going to be pulled down toward your pubic area. Pretty nice heh!! I can't wait to see the after. Thank you for posting your pics.:clap2: -
