Remember 5K is only 3 miles. You can run it or walk it. When I did the one in Los Angeles in March this Year I walked it and still ranked middle of the pack. The cost is minimal as well.

"MIND MONSTER" I like that Esetla. I am gonna use that. I usually try to write in a journal when I feel the "mind monster" lurking. I also talk to myself and say OK am I really hungry or is it all mental? If it is mental then "why" am I wanting something to eat? All this I write in my journal. I have pages and pages of this stuff. It is the only thing lately that has kept the "mind monster" at bay. Heaven forbid if my pen runs out of ink in the middle of an attack. LOL!! I also keep healthier Snacks around instead of cheetos, fritos, chips, dips, candies, etc. I now keep veggies, fruits, and if I must have chips then I get something at Trader Joe's (grocery store out here in Calif) that is called Veggie Chips. I know they are still loaded with fat but one or two of them and I am satisfied.

I think NJCHICK mentioned something about if it was gonna be in Joisey then she would be there. Well right now there are NO REAL plans. So it could be anywhere in the NJ/NY area at this point. LOL!!! So peoples speak what would you like to do? Any suggestions?

Your doctor could be brought up on charges of malpractice. That was so negligent on his part. I would report him to Inamed if I were you. I am so sorry you are having such a hard time of it. And yes I think some of the problems come from the insensitive sot of a doctor you have.

Hi All: I have finally learned to sew, therefore I am taking orders and selling throws. You know what they are, the thingy that you throw over your bed to keep you warm. I only have the one attached sample to show you now. They are $63.00 each ---- I know it sounds expensive, but they are really good quality. I am getting 2 --- one for my bed and one for my sofa. I have to laugh at the comment "what grade do you teach". I don't teach school I am taking classes online for my Bachelor in Holistic Nutrition and Doctor of Naturopathy. I hope to have my Bachelor by Spring and then the doctor degree by the following spring. School starts here on Sept 6th. My son will be a senior this year. UGH!! Where does the time go? Seems like yesterday he was imitating Urkel in his Ninja turtle underwear with his sister's glasses on. LOL!! I actually have a pic of him doing that. Anyway, I digress.

I am working on a Project for one of my classes for school. Then I am gonna hit the pool and just chill. Tomorrow going to the Farmer's Market to get some fresh fruits, veggies, and flowers for the house. Then more Pool chillin. Then later in the day will start on the next class in my semester.

Ok take a different stance on this instead of thinking negatively thing positively. They could be dieting because they wanna get healthier. They could be doing it because they wanna be able to keep up with you. You inspired them to lose their unwanted pounds. If they are your good friends like you mention then I doubt they are dieting this out of a malicious nature. I imagine they are dieting to get in shape and to keep up with you not make you feel bad. Have you spoken to them about why all of a sudden they are dieting? I would turn it into a positive thing. The negative thinking only brings you down.
