Phone conversations are over in 30 seconds flat. You know stuff about tanks. A five-day vacation requires only one suitcase. You can open all your own jars. You get extra credit for the slightest act of thoughtfulness. If someone forgets to invite you, he or she can still be your friend. Your underwear is $8.95 for a three-pack. Three pairs of shoes are more than enough. You almost never have strap problems in public. You are unable to see wrinkles in your clothes. Everything on your face stays its original color. The same hairstyle lasts for years, maybe decades. You only have to shave your face and neck. You can play with toys all your life. Your belly usually hides your big hips. One wallet and one pair of shoes one color for all seasons. You can wear shorts no matter how your legs look. You can "do" your nails with a pocket knife. You have freedom of choice concerning growing a mustache.. You can do Christmas shopping for 25 relatives on December 24 in 25 minutes. No wonder men are happier.

Prayers go out to your sister. First though did they say why the lesions developed? Sounds suspicious to me. If she gets a second band what is to say she won't develope then a second time? Gotta find the reason for them developing the first time before getting a second larger band. Keep us posted.

I am 16 months out. Not sure what you want to know. I am doing great and haven't regretted this decision day one.

Tuesday August 30th is cool with me. Heck I can even host the event at my house. BRING bathing suits. We can grill out or I can make something for us to eat. Any ideas? I am in Van Nuys. Right off the 405 at Sherman Way. In fact my back yard is the 405. LOL!!

What are you nutz? LOL!! Of course reschedule that surgery. I had port revision surgery and although I was better able to move around than when I had the initial surgery I can't imagine going on a honeymoon after that. No making whoopee!! No swimming!! No swinging from the rafters!! POSTPONE that surgery. Enjoy your honeymoon and then get it done. Too much to deal with pre wedding to then have to deal with recovering from a surgery too.

I have given clothes to people on here as well. If you can't find anyone then it just depends if you wanna get a little money for the clothes or if you just wanna give them away. If you wanna try to sell them then find a consignment store in your area. If you wanna just give them away then find a church that has a clothes closet or a women's shelter or something of that nature. Goodwill will always take clothes and you can get a tax deduction from it as well.

If I am going to get started on this project then I need some volunteers to share their stories. If I don't get much more of a response in the next week or two then I will drop this project altogether. All stages of progress are welcome. All I really need are before pics and a brief history of your decision to do the surgery. Once I compile all the data then I will ask for a second pic of where you are at now and another short story of what you have learned so far. This will not be a "fast" project it will be at least a year in the making. So if you are interested then let me know ASAP. I am looking for at least 30 to 50 candidates.

Dr. Billy visit was great. I am still on track but need to work on some issues that I already knew. SIGH!! It is never easy is it? LOL!! Meet Christine at Mimi's for lunch and conversation. That was very cool. She is so pretty and very sweet. THen we got a surprise phone call from VERA!! I got all excited cause I thought she was in the area and gonna meet us.
