The liquid diet is essentially a form of detox but in this instance it is used for other purposes. So the headaches is your bodies way of telling you it is mad at you for depriving it of what it normally eats. Think of this headache as a "good" thing. All that icky stuff is being flushed out of your bodies. Liquid Tylenol works great for it. Also drinking LOTS of Water. Fresh clean water.

Since there are so many now being approved it is hard to keep up so I will just to a blanket HAPPY BOOTY SHAKIN DANCE for you all. I am so excited for you all. I remember that feeling of excitement knowing you were gonna be banded. WHOO HOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of my worst experiences was with eating bread. It was my weakness before banding. Like Michelle I can eat toasted but only in extremely small bites.

Saffy: I am strongly suggesting you go to a counselor or do an Overeater's anonymous meeting. IT might help. IT would be a shame to have this great tool and then not use it. I have recently hit a wall and had to change some things about my eating habits as well. It sucks to recognize things about ourselves and then to know you HAVE to change them if you want to lose the weight. It is not an easy road we have to travel.
