I was so scared it would not come back online that I went and bought the domain name www.lapbandchat.com just in case I needed to start another board. So if something happens again and it doesn't come back online look for this board. I will certainly start one. Yes if Alex ever decides he is not interested in continuing the site then I hope he contacts some of us and gives us the option of buying it from him. I experience ZERO aftertaste with the liquid. If there was an aftertaste I would NOT take the Vitamins nor would I suggest it to this group. LOL!!

I feel fantastic. I just saw someone today that hasn't seen me in about a year. He was floored. He actually asked John who I was. He wanted to know if he and Penni had broken up. LOLOLOLOL!!! HUGE NSV there I would say. I told the guy yeah, I am Penni's twin sister Peggy Sue. LOL!! He thought I was serious cause I used my southern drawl. LOL!! I love it. By the way Leatha. OK so as to not miss any posts when you log on scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see a link in teeny tiny print that says "Get new Posts" that will give you all the newest posts over a period of at least 5 days. I have done that before.

Magnolia: I found that if I have my eggs very soft scrambled and add some cheese then they go down much easier. Also, I don't eat more than one scrambled egg. I just can't get more than that down. I also have to really mash them up with a fork. My boyfriend, John, makes really mushy scrambled eggs that literally slide down without much chewing. Never PB'd on his eggs. They just have to be very moist. If they are dry then forget it. I don't even try. He made some one mornng that turned out too dry and he ate those and made me some more. He adds shredded cheese and cream cheese to his and man are they GOOOOOOOD!!

Lisa G: I was born and raised in Kentucky. So I have a southern drawl every now and then. When I visit my mother, who still lives in the town where I grew up, and my daughter, who lives in Clarksville, TN (close to Nashville), the southern drawl really comes out.

You know what I just noticed in the after pic. I have BOOBS. The before pic they are hidden by my belly. Now they are OUT there. WHOO HOO!! Too bad when I take my bra off they are down to my knees. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad:

OK fixed the link in my post. SOrry about that. I should have checked it out. Janie: RIGHT! NO after taste at all. The taste of the liquid is shocking at first there is an initial bitter taste but it does not linger and it does not make you gag. The smell can make you think twice about drinking it but don't let that fool you. I love it and take it religiously every day now where I would not take any Vitamins at all. YES Loads of energy truly. I can absolutely tell when I don't take it. LOL!!!!
