Can drinking not enough water stop you from losing weight im curiuos im trying to up my intake but it is hard i forgot to drink because i dont eat and drink anymore for 3 years now but the last fill i had in novneber i have only lost 5 lbs the it is the same 5 lbs i have been battling for a year ... I think i should make an appointment for a fill trying to eat right and excerise a few days a week ... I work full time and go to school full time ... some people say it is stress too...
