I just started introducing solid foods back into my diet. I am supposed to be getting 1200 calories a day(which is very hard to do) and 40g of Protein. At first I wasn't getting enough protein so I felt like I was starving all of the time! Now that i am getting enough, i feel better and am lasting about 4 hours in between meals. I also am not supposed to have my first meal till 10am so I have my Protein shake at 8am then eat at 10, 2 & 6. This seems to be working well for me.
