I truly believe what you're feeling is normal but it would be wise to contact your surgeon. Usually with infection you can run a low grade fever. If so, you need to be prescribed antibiotics. Call your surgeon to allay your fears. Best wishes to you! -

24 Days Post Op- 30lbs Down

Congratulations on your significant weight loss! -
That's about right for the pain. The shoulder pain is gas. You have to walk it off and move your arms a lot. Did your doctor prescribe pain meds? It eventually goes away but the first day after my surgery I felt like a Mack truck had hit me two weeks later I was totally fine. It takes awhile to heal but the pain is all worth it for the end result! Good luck to you!

Woo goo! Congratulations! -
Firstly, be good to yourself! You're doing this for you and no one else! Be selfish because tou're worth it! You're the priority here and trust me, this is not the easy way out! I struggle everyday to stay within my calories. Don't your unsupporting family and friends know that you have to watch what you eat? This is is major surgery and here's to a healthier you! You have the support of this forum! Good luck!

It doesn't have to be all liquid liquids. By that I mean you can do sugar free Popsicles, coffee, teas. I find the sugar free Popsicles are my lifesaver and ut's an easy way to get liquids in your body.

I like the fact that your breasts look natural. Some breast lifts don't look natural.

I can't. Tell since my port revision surgery yet. When my port flipped it was sticking out sideways and looked like a hernia. So I had to have a revision and I think it's above my belly button. Not sure though.

Good luck tomorrow. Any talk of revision to a sleeve or Plication?

Well, I'm not advocating the sleeve because my daughter had it and she is fine. I too worried about her getting the sleeve. I told my surgeon and he said there are very few complications with the sleeve but I'm not so sure. My insurance wouldn't cover it but covered the band.

Good luck to all of you!
